“Ferring is an exceptional place to work, and I’ve had the pleasure of working here for 17 years! My journey with Ferring started as a Research Scientist in 2005. In 2009 I was Project Manager/Senior Research Scientist and 3 years later an Associate Director. After two more promotions, I moved into my current role as Senior Director of Chemical Development.
It’s truly inspiring to come to work every day with skilled and committed people in a truly international environment. I like the company’s culture, which empowers people to innovate and grow. The work can be challenging but also rewarding and fun!
Leading my team is about providing them with the opportunity to do what they do best and to support their development and growth. Looking at my own professional development, I’ve had the opportunity to try out many new things and to do what I like best. My managers have always trusted me and supported my career journey and I try now to do the same.”
