Application Process
Click here to view our Current Job Postings. You can search by location or work time basis (full or part-time).
If you cannot find the perfect match for your profile and you wish to be part of Ferring’s talent pool, you can apply to the spontaneous application job requisition or one of the Talent Community job requisitions for specific countries or functions.
As you complete the application process, you will have the opportunity to read our terms and conditions including our privacy considerations. You can also set the page to another language than English to make the application process easier. We look forward to hearing from you!
What to expect after applying
At Ferring, we review every application; we generally take 2-3 weeks to review CVs – the timing can change based on seasons and recruitment volume, but we aim to respond within three weeks of your application.
We then invite selected candidates for an initial screening discussion, during which time we check your understanding of the role and your availability to interview. Shortlisted candidates are then progressed through to interviews. Interviews can take place either virtually or in person.
On occasion, we use assessment tools as part of our talent assessment and selection processes (such as SHL’s Occupational Personality Questionnaire or a business case study/presentation). If the search you applied for involves such assessments, we will inform you about this during the phone screen.
If you are the chosen candidate, you will be informed by the Talent Acquisition team and then receive your contract if locally applicable and / or onboarding from the local HR team.
If you were the runner-up candidate and wish to be considered for future opportunities, be sure to inform the Talent Acquisition team and set up job alerts on our careers site.
During the pre-hire period, you will be able to complete a number of pre-boarding tasks. We then invite selected candidates for an initial screening discussion.
